Principals:

Alan Blair:

It was while studying at Rutgers University when Alan received his first exposure to the field of architecture by filling a summer job at the firm of Radey and Radey in Cherry Hill, NJ.  Mr. Frank Radey, Sr. recognized the potential in Alan’s abilities and not only suggested a career in Architecture, he offered him a full time job if he would consider transferring to the Drexel University evening program in Architecture to complete his studies in the field. This proved to be the best career advice Alan would receive.  During his time at Drexel, Alan not only worked for the firm of Radey and Radey, he also was able to work for several other firms of different sizes, which allowed him to receive a broad range of exposure to the architectural field.

Since then, Alan is also proud to have done work on projects in Hawaii, California, Florida, and Berlin, Germany.  Alan’s work in residential design has won several awards and have had examples of their work published in both newspapers and magazines.

Alan has been a lifelong resident of Southern New Jersey and attended Eastern Regional High School, in Gibbsboro, NJ.    He is married with 5 children and enjoys volunteering with the Rotary Club and fishing.

Together, they share the same basic philosophy in our approach. It is simple, just three words, efficiency / affordability / artistry. For a design project to be successful, all three areas must not only be successful in their own right, but they must also compliment each other.   If an efficient floor plan is created without an economic and artistic roof plan or facade, the floor plan is a failure regardless of it’s own merits.    All three disciplines must not only be considered, they must all be considered and implemented together from the beginning of the design process.
